Incorrect Gas Bill

Hi,

 

I received a new Gas Bill today and I found out it is calculated incorrectly and overcharging.

 

Basically under the Meter details the start read should be the end read of my previous bill. However it incorrectly used the start read of my previous bill.

 

In short, my previous bill had start read: 77, end read: 160

New bill has start read: 77, end read: 305

It should instead read from 160 to 305

And both of them is Actual read type.

 

I ended up been overcharged a lot. Anyone can help please?
