Inconsistent billing amounts

I’ve recently got my paper bill in the mail, as well as a text message reminder about my bill due today (9/1/25) plus the AGL app, all 3 have different bill amounts, over $200 difference from the app amount and the paper bill. Why? This is now the 3rd billing period this has happened to me.

You might find since your paper bill was issued, some govco rebates were applied to your account.

I have found some very differing amounts too in both my home and workshop accounts.

More than $200 difference is odd though, could be the AGL accounting ledger with past rebates have not been adjusted properly.

I'd ring AGL accounts and just confirm what to pay, and ask them to confirm what's happened.
