All I wanted to do was speak to an operator and change my credit card details.... simple you would think?
but no, clearly you don’t want to provide me with any customer service what do ever...
I don’t want to use the automated system! I just want to speak to a person!!!!
i think I will have to go to a company that will provide me with a person to talk to...

I don't know about the app but on the web interface after you log in.
Click on your Account name (Top right Hand side)
Then Account Settings
Billings and Payments
Edit Saved payment methods
And you can change your card details.
I don't use it but reckon that you may have to delete the old card and add the new one.
If its simply changing the expiry date you should be able to do that.
