I live overseas and I would like to pay my AGL bill for an Australian property. Please help me.

I was told AGL will send me an email with payment instructions but I haven't received it.

My mother passed away and I am taking over her electricity bill.

Please help ASAP.

Thank you for reaching out. 

You can make payment towards your AGL account using the details found on the electricity bill, BPAY, online payment etc.

Sounds like you have not received the bill that supposed to be resent to you, we will send you a private message to get some more information.
