I have applied to change my electricity and gas from Origin to AGL. The electricity has been connected, but not the gas. I previously received an SMS message, saying that my gas transfer request on 12/02/2019 has been confirmed. But currently, the status of gas connection is still in progress.

If you've received this SMS then this is a great sign that things are progressing well. After your transfer has been completed, it can take a up to a fortnight or so for this to reflect in your online account.
If this hasn't updated by the end of next week, please let me know!
