High gas bill

Hi,

During the last billing period (16 Jan 2021 to 17 Mar 2021), which is the middle of the summer period, our average daily usage was 300.87MJ comparing to 7.14MJ for the same period last year.

The total usage appears excessive and almost impossible given the gas usage is limited to cooking and partial hot water( we have solar).

can you please review?
