Has anyone not received $200 sign up credit from June 2026?

I signed up on 10/06/26, am still with AGL. SIgn up credit was to be applied on 17 July. I saw on OzBargains lots of issues with credits being applied on time but most has it applied by August. My first bill is due in a few days. I've just logged in to account and credit hasn't been applied. Wondering if this has happened to anyone else and is still waiting?

There were some delays to credit being applied, but this should have been resolved by now. 

It's unusual that you didn't see this on your account when you checked. I'm going to be sending you a Private Message and collect some account information to look into this further for you.
