Hi,
I am trying to get help as I tried to pay my bill twice via PayPal and i am getting a loop back to the front page and no evidence that the bill has been paid. Any clues on what to do?

You could check your paypal history to see if the payment went through, but if you haven't received a confirmation it seems unlikely.Is this through the app or your My Account web page?
