Feed in tariff wrong?

My FIT (in SA) is supposed to be 10c/kWh for the first 10 kWh and then 4c/kWh thereafter. The AGL app shows for one day, I sold 13.61 kWh but only got paid $1.00. Shouldn't I have been paid 10c * 10 kWh + 4c * 3.61 kWh = $1.14? Every day is similarly wrong.

..

Some good advice there . . .

"Review Your FIT Agreement: Carefully re-read your Feed-in Tariff agreement with AGL. Double-check the exact rates and any terms and conditions related to payment calculations.

Contact AGL Directly: The most important step is to contact AGL's customer service or their solar/FIT department. Explain the discrepancy clearly, providing them with the daily export data from your app and your expected payment calculation."

Also check your plan, it's listed on your Overview > View plan details link on your app or web login.

That should say Solar Savers.

Contacting AGL now by phone is advised, the sooner any bug can be worked out, the sooner they can adjust any figures charged / paid incorrectly before bill time.

It turns out that I changed my plan to one with a different FIT mid-billing cycle, and as a result, the AGL app doesn't show the correct daily dollar amount for the feed in after the plan change. It will be correct after the next bill is issued.

So it's a bug in the app.

Ah, glad it was easily solved, and will be adjusted next bill.

I was never on solar savers, didn't really appeal as we export way more and a buck really doesn't cut it.

Also compared to the EV night saver plan the benefits weren't as good for us.
