Feed in Tariff Rate

Have just received my account and would like to know why the Feed-in Tariff has been reduced from $0.102 to $0.095. There are higher FITs available - why would you reduce it?

Our feed in tariff was adjusted in line with our yearly rates change within the market which is affected by a large number of factors. 

We do have our Solar Savers offer which offers a higher feed in tariff, you can review this on our website.
