Hi can you please send me the AGL email address I order to send a email to disconnect my electricity supply.I cannot contact over the phone since currently I am in overseas.

Hi @Thushara78 , we don't have an email address for most support options, but you can find our overseas contact number listed on this page. Otherwise, you can also log in to your My Account and click "Message Us"

I received a letter from you stating that my account for January, 2026 could not be sent to as my email address in my profile is incorrect. I have checked this and am sorry to say that it is correct and I have always received my electricity and gas account at (removed private details).  It seems that there is an issue with your system or emails are blocked by your security system.

Hi @beluga, Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. I can understand that it would be quite frustrating to receive this message when you have previously been receiving correspondence from us. 

Firstly just letting you know we have removed some personal details you posted as this is a public forum. I will send you a private message so that I can get some details from you to look into this.
