I don't understand why my electricity bill has two readings - both read on the same day but one is actual one is estimate. However, in the email that I received with my bill, AGL said that my bill was estimated. It appears that I have been charged based on both the estimate and the actual read?!
I tried to enter my own meter reading online but was rejected and the chat online on the meter read does not work
