I paid my bill before the due date and on the AGL account it says I paid, yet the new bill pdf that I received in the email says that I need to pay last month's bill together with this month's bill. I am confused about how much I need to pay this month? I tried the AI chat but it was not helping me at all, and there is no email address I can contact to clarify my bill. It would be great if AGL could contact me to clarify the bill.
