Questions and discussion about AGL's Energy plans and your AGL Energy account
Hi,
I recently joined AGL, moving over from Simply Energy. However my final bill from Simply Energy was dated the 5 October 2020 and my starting date from AGL was also the 5 October 2020. Therefore it appears that AGL has double charged me on this date. Am I able to receive a credit for this or can AGL change my start date to be the 6 October instead?
