DIRECT DEBT WITHOUT PERMISSION

AGL has just deducted about $2,300 (in two lots) from my one of my accounts - without permission!. That particular account is now well overdrawn.

It has caused significant stress to say the least.  I recall entering my banking information into AGL system via the app, for ease of making payments - not to have my hard-earned money taken without permission. 

Any suggestions how to deal with this?
