I once again had to contact AGL as I noted that myaccount (on the website) no longer existed. Apparently ‘the system’ will reset in approx 5 working days. (Or maybe more??)
Whilst I remain mildly frustrated, I did have a very clarifying and sensible conversation with Mel from the resolutions department.
I accidentally ended my call before giving feedback. Sorry Mel !! You understood my concerns and put my mind at ease….(for now!!)
