I once again had to contact AGL as I noted that myaccount (on the website) no longer existed. Apparently ‘the system’ will reset in approx 5 working days. (Or maybe more??) 

Whilst I remain mildly frustrated, I did have a very clarifying and sensible conversation with Mel from the resolutions department.

I accidentally ended my call before giving feedback. Sorry Mel !! You understood my concerns and put my mind at ease….(for now!!)

Call the AGL number (131 245) and ask to speak to the resolutions department. Don’t be fobbed off by the customer service rep.

And seriously don’t even bother with the virtual assistant. They can only solve VERY basic queries.
