Hello i cannot find a recent bill and i need to know my mni number please

You are required to include it on my bill.  Why isn't it there?

Hi @Holland 

You'll find your 11-digit NMI under ‘Your electricity supply details’ on the top of Page 1 of your electricity bill in the 'Your details' section.

If it doesn't appear there, I have sent you a Private Message. I'll collect some account details and then provide you with the NMI.

Both your Account Number and NMI are always listed on your bill.

On the top right hand side of your bill Page 1 under Details  (after July 2023)

Prior to that it was on Page 2 of your bill under Your electricity supply details on the top right hand side

Failing that go to your meter box and read the number(s) off your meter(s).

I don't know why the AGL staff don't want anyone to know that, it's not a secret....
