I am a super senior citizen and pensioner I kindly allowed eligible concessions in my gas and electric bills My senior card [removed personal details] and pensioner card is [removed personal details]

Thank you for reaching out! Firstly I'll let you know that I have removed your concession card details as this is a public forum.

We can certainly get your concession card added onto your bills and there is actually a quicker way you can view your concession card details, or add or update a concession card, and that's by using our AGL Assistant (Start a chat with our AGL Assistant.)
