Community club back up email

Hi.

I currently have a closed AGL account.

I am the new Treasurer of a cricket club.

We are trying to change emails and details.

How can I use my email address as the back up email address of my community club?

Hi @Naonak 

You'll be able to change details such as the email address through the AGL app or via your My Account.

My Account

1. In My Account, select your name in the top right, then Settings
2. Under the profile and security tab, go to Email or Mobile and select Edit.
3. Enter your new email address or mobile number and select Update to save.

The AGL app

To update your email address or mobile number in the AGL app:

1. Go to the Account tab, then Settings then Profile Details.
2. Scroll to personal details, go to your email address or mobile number and select Update.

That being said, each account can only link one email address to itself. So, in this case you won't be able to have your personal email as a backup to the cricket club's account.
