• Can anyone shed some light on why my amount owing is lower on my pdf bill than in the overview section of the website.
• I owe no money from a previous bill and it says my pay on time discount is applied in both spaces, bit both show a different amount.

Hi @Frankiie, are you saying that your Account Balance is showing as a different amount to your current bill? Are you sure it's your current bill, and not a previous one already paid? Check the due date on the bill, as it may be that your latest bill hasn't been issued as a PDF yet.
