So I always check my AGL app to check what my power bill is sitting at and this morning is was around $800 and not long ago I thought I’d check again and it’s sky rocketed to over $1400??? This is bull**bleep** I’m on value saver plan. Anybody else having this issue with AGL or is it just me?

Hello Fita15, I can see that this would be alarming, it's never a pleasant surprise to see a big increase in your usage.  

There can be a number of reasons why you might see an increase in your usage than expected. We have a list of a few things to check out on our Unexpected High Bill help page. 

Just to confirm, do you have a smart meter?
