Bill - direct debit not working

Click Energy used to offer a discount on your next bill if you paid early. AGL threatens a price increase if you don't pay on time.

 

Also my direct debit is not working even though i was advised in numerous emails I would have to do nothing in the switch from Click Energy to AGL.

 

Typical big company. Not happy with the transition..
