Questions and discussion about AGL's Energy plans and your AGL Energy account
I have spent (or wasted) a lot of time today trying to get my electricity bill extended until 13/9. Not much to ask is it?? Well, yes, according to AGL.
I’ve spoken in person to two different customer service representatives. And two on-line representatives. Just useless. All they can offer is a payment plan that includes future bills and carries on for months! They want to dictate how much I pay and when. I am going to call the resolutions department tomorrow…. Should things really be this hard????
