Why is AGL relying on customers to answer its questions? Can agl please offer payment to customers who are answering their questions for the company who are neglecting to provide adequate service by relying on non paid / non contracted people to answer questions from other customers.
im trying to have a simple question answered. I’m overseas. No option to chat (if there is, it’s not working). Only phone number (no phone connection, like many people - it is the 2020s after all). Really poor AGL. Have you an email address to correspond with?????
