Questions and discussion about AGL's Energy plans and your AGL Energy account
I have tried to speak to someone at AGL and on a number of occasions have gone through the robotic questions to get to speak to someone. Every time I have phoned and hung on for over half an hour then given up!! This is so frustrating!😡has anyone else experienced this? I think that the AGL call centre is no longer in India but now in China - and they don’t actually take calls and you cannot even email them - any answers anyone??

I did the required thing.When they will not answer my phone call within a reasonable time I assume they have an agenda which does not favour them talking to me.I therefore did the obvious thing to do in these circumstances I promply contacted another retailer who apparently can answer my query and changed my account to them!!
