I have tried to speak to someone at AGL and on a number of occasions have gone through the robotic questions to get to speak to someone. Every time I have phoned and hung on for over half an hour then given up!! This is so frustrating!has anyone else experienced this? I think that the AGL call centre is no longer in India but now in China - and they don’t actually take calls and you cannot even email them - any answers anyone??
I am totally disgusted with AGLI have tried several occasions to contact them by phone waiting over half an hour where you never get to speak to an agent and same with messaging!!!absolute crap
