AGL are truly thieves i didn't have issues with origin

Joined agl unfortunately in June, so they estimated my bill for 22 days to be 180$ 500odd kilowatt,  so I rang them, don't worry we will adjust on next bill, got latest bill end read in July 43679. Read start new bill 43679 thieves $120 difference $180 for 22 days with no follow up adjustment this is the second time this company has stolen from me, first they estimated 1 month in my old premises 350$ I was moving out so I had to pay it, rejoined this lot June this year if we don't know account number we can't help you, so that money is lost 280 odd dollars cant access because i dont know old account number but im same person my divers license says so the one i used to sign up, now its if you can't a picture of your meter we can't help you thieves, you know the readings now you just haven't adjusted my bill I go to ombudsman
