AGL Online acc and App not displaying

Hi AGL Support Team

 

My online account and App does not display my Electricity Usage and Solar Feed in data. Please fix this issue as it frustrating to manage our energy usage without seeing this. I re installed the App, checked all online acc settings with out prevail.
