2 Gas Accounts - Combine

Hi team

I have an account which I can access for my rental. However I’m currently building a home and you’re also my gas provider, I believe my builder may have arranged this. I get sent the bills and make payment however can’t access the account. I’m wondering how I can combine them or get access to my house. This would also allow me to set up direct debit.
