I got a call from 02 8229 5702 claiming to be AGL and to check my Plan, I didn't answer any questions they "checked" and said I was on the best plans.
Is this a scam or really from AGL.

I've changed email addresses and want my bills sent to the new email.
Sick of waiting 100 years on the other end while someone gets off their behind and answers the phone. You govt companies must get rid of your AI, it's not helping us customers and ony adds to the delays. Can a rep contact me, thanks.
Oh and fix up your contact-us section on your website. Doesn't work.
I received a call from the same number, and she repeated the same thing — that there was a cheaper option from AGL and asked if I wanted to switch. I told her to send me an email with the details. Instead, she sent me a text message claiming to be from AGL:
“Hi, are you trying to access information or make changes to your account? Help us confirm it's you. Only share this code XXX with us.”
She then said, “We’ve sent you a code to prove that we are from AGL.” I didnt share the code with her.
I asked her again to send me the information via email, and then she ended the call, saying, “Thank you for your time.”
It felt very creepy. From what I can see, this issue seems to have been happening for about two years now from the same number: 0282295702.
