Questions and discussion about your business energy needs
My contract ends next year. I am assessing the terms of my next contract.
My current contract was 82% higher than the previous.
Brokers tell me AGL never considers the loyalty of its customers when assessing future rates and in fact we are worse off because we are taken for granted and they assume we will automatically remain loyal
I recently moved my domestic account to AGL and they do not even consider that I now have TWO accounts with them.
So far AGL is way out of the ball park on 2027 offers!!!
We have no way of contacting them to discuss our plans with them!!
What about it AGL? small business is hurting!! start treating us with respect and not just account numbers
Start with a competitive offer for my next contract!!!
