I am assessing the terms of my next contract.My current contract was 82% higher than the previous.Brokers tell me AGL never considers the loyalty of its customers when assessing future rates and in fact we are worse off because we are taken for granted and they assume we will automatically remain loyalI recently moved my domestic account to AGL and they do not even consider that I now have TWO accounts with them.So far AGL is way out of the ball park on 2027 offers!!! ...
