Why am I no longer receiving a detailed bill and when trying to download .pdf file it is the previous month's? I need a detailed account.

Billing is now restored.
Been down since Thursday
Try again.
Then come back and like my post.
There were other post about this on the website, nothing official from AGL though.

If you are receiving your bill summary from AGL however you are not able to open the PDF, this could be caused by a pop up blocker, we would recommend you check your pop up settings in your email or search engine.
If you are not receiving your bill summary at all we would recommend you add the below email addresses into your safe senders list
