Unable to access account online

I cannot access my online account.  I've been getting "We're just putting the final touches on.

Your account will be ready shortly so please check back soon." for weeks.  Please advise.

Hi @mcosta . Recently created accounts often take a few days to be accessible online or through the app. Check back in a few days, and let us know if you still can't access it.
