Solar meter change form does not submit

The solar meter change over form does not work in Chrome or Edge browsers.  With both all required fields are populated, the required PDF form is attached and the contractor details are filled out, but the submit button makes no action.  There are no errors or messages to indicate an issue.

We're not aware of any issues with the online form. Please contact our Solar New Connections team on 1800 680 430, Monday - Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm , so they can help organise Solar meter upgrade.
