Solar is working but not showing up on my AGL Account

Hi All,

Has anyone had this problem, since November 2023 my solar production has stopped showing up on my account, AGL made me aware that there was something wrong with my solar but this is not the case.

Hi @TonyF - thank you for reaching out.

Can you provide a little more detail on this issue - are your solar readings showing as estimated, or are they not available at all?

Thank you for responding

My readings are coming through on my app, they just seem to be super low compered to my November readings as example. I'm wondering why, would it be that we're using most of the solar energy generated and only a small amount is going into the network.

I was also informed by AGL that my Solar system is not working. Via a text i believe
