I am not very happy with the web service. I have asked a simple thing to get done multiple times and got 0 results. It feels like they just say yes and quickly delete and forget your message.

Sorry to hear that. What do you mean by web service? Are you referring to the Messaging function under your My Account page?
And what issue are you trying to get resolved?
