I'm using the latest version of one of the preferred browsers (Safari) but cannot log in to my account or pay a bill. Every time I get a "you need to upgrade to the latest version" message. Couldn't even use this facility until I switched to an older version of Chrome. There is no update beyond the version of Safari I'm using - 17.3.1.

Thank you, unfortunately if your browser in not compatible with our server you may not be able to access it.
Our recommendation would be to try and load the PDF through a smart phone if you have access to one.
Alternatively you can log onto our AGL My Account platform via desktop or through our smartphone app where you can access and download all of your bills.
