My browser is listed as a preferred browser and is up-to-date.This browser is my preferred browser and, according to the advice published on your site, should work. Is your advice wrong?S

I'm using the latest version of one of the preferred browsers (Safari) but cannot log in to my account or pay a bill. Every time I get a "you need to upgrade to the latest version" message. Couldn't even use this facility until I switched to an older version of Chrome. There is no update beyond the version of Safari I'm using - 17.3.1.
