PDF issue

I require a PDF of my account to submit to the Victorian energy people. "The PDF must be an unmodified electronic PDF version from your retailer."  The one that I can download from my account does not meet that requirement.  If I submit the xxxxxxxPDF number it is not accepted

Can anyone advise how I can  properly do this?

Hi @arandagirl7 , was this for the Victorian energy rebate? I was able to just attach the PDF I downloaded from my account.
