Anyone else haivng trouble paying online? Took me three goes, then there was a security check that said no money had changed hands and to go ahead and pay the bill, when i clicked the button it had already been paid. Not good.

I've been keeping an eye out and haven't heard anything further regarding this.
I'm going to attempt replicating this the next time I receive my bill. When you were attempting to make payment, did you try on different web browsers or the one, if on the one can you please let me know which so I can attempt to replicate as best I can.
