No usage update for electricity and gas

The last electricity usage update was on 29 August 2022, and there is no gas usage information for the current billing cycle at all. I updated the image of gas meter photo and there is no update. The same applied for AGL app and AGL web.

Same thing happened to me. No updates since 26 Aug then starts again today. Missing all data in between.
