Issues with Billing and Chat/ Message box

Hi - Im a new customer with AGL (Gas/ Electricity and NBN)

Ive set up direct debit on my credit card but its still saying there is an overdue bill. I then tried using the message/ chat function but was unable to as the message on the screen said it was inactive!

Can someone from AGL please contact me ASAP ? Ever since joining AGL for services - ive had nothing but terrible set-up, connection and support issues. Thanks Andrew

Your AGL Energy and AGL Telco accounts are separate so you'll need to check if you've got direct debit set up on each account, you can find out more on our Payments page.
