Hi @RustyNail 

Are you still experiencing this issue? Is it only the link in the email that is causing this error message? 

Sometimes waiting a day before clicking the link will bring the bill up, otherwise you should be able to view the bill using the AGL app or logging into your My Account.

All good now I have downloaded the bill
