Found a Bug - Unable to add an Internet Service

Having recently signed up for Electricity & Gas, I wanted to add and internet service via the portal.

 

1. While logged in, clicked on the view plans button.

2. Am then present with and Address Screen, where I enter my address.

3. I'm provided a list of plans to choose from, so I select one (Home Fast).

4. Then presented with the Getting Started 'What are you here to do today' screen.

    - I'm adding another property to my account

    - I'm moving house or have just moved

    - View my existing plan details

 

There's no option to add the Internet account you select.

Hey @agl-Ivan,

 

Firstly, thank you for bringing this to our attention, our developers are working on this to make that process clearer moving forward. What you are going to need to do in interim is actually click on "I'm adding another property to my account", from there you will be able to complete adding your internet.
