Download pdf returns error on both website and mobile app

I receive the following error every time I try download the pdf version of a bill:

Hi get the same error message.

 

When I try to download the bill I get this error message:
{"clientId":null,"valid":false,"appStatusCode":70117,"documentId":null,"validationMessage":null,"encryptedData":null,"invalidAttempts":null,"maxAttempts":null}
 
Please can you email me all invoices (history and future)
