Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to hear this has occurred. From the messages our customers have sent us, it looks like the website had issues likely due to increased volume in customers logging in at the same time. My understanding is that this has now been resolved. Were you able to complete your plan swap, or do you need further assistance with this?
