If you used our Messaging system while logged in on My Account or the AGL app, you should be able to scroll up in the Message window to see your previous message history. If you instead used the "live chat" function on our website, you won't be able to access it, but if you get in touch with support they should have a record of the interaction, depending on what it involved.
