Cannot find the message function in My Account

Cannot find the message function in My Account. The website just send you around in circles.

Website says:

Send us a message from the app or My Account and we’ll get back to you. Reply whenever it’s convenient, just like texting a friend.

Hi @AnnClews . You should find the Messaging button in the bottom right of your My Account page when you've logged in. 

If you're not seeing it there, please send through a screenshot and your account details via a private message (click my name) and I'll have the team look into it.
